About Me

A few years ago, I hit rock bottom. I was battling deep depression, feeling lost, and carrying an extra 30 pounds that weren’t just physical—they were emotional. I had tried every diet, every “quick fix,” but nothing worked because I was ignoring the real issue: my mindset, my relationship with food, and how I truly felt about myself.

So, I stopped chasing diets and started healing. I learned how to nourish my body without guilt, move in a way that felt good, and break free from the shame around food. I lost the weight naturally—not by restriction, but by rewiring my habits, my beliefs, and my approach to wellness. Now, I help other women do the same.
