What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My coaching pricing varies on duration of how long we will work together. I do not provide band-aide solutions rather a full recipe, however I teach you the tools of a lifetime to be able to use in your daily life. In our clarity discovery session will dig deeper into what is not working for you, what your goals are, and where you want to be in a 1 year. Once we agree that we are a perfect match, we will then discuss the perfect customized program that you need.


Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a mother of 4, lacking self esteem, procrastinates a lot, has no energy for anything, eats anything and everything and has gained the most weight ever. Working with her and seeing how her life transformed and shifted from failure to success was just so rewarding seeing her smile and tears from losing weight to respecting herself. She tried my 90 days program and renewed for another 90 days.


 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Advice would be to do your homework, get in touch with as many providers to see if you find the perfect match, credentials are essential and life experience plays a huge role. Look for someone that gives you results.

My goal is to help educate you and be by your side for support. We will explore what works for you as far as nutrition, habit change and mindset and you will learn to listen to your body. In addition to an enormous amount of resources and education, I offer ongoing support and personalized plans based on your needs and desires. Below are the courses and sessions I offer. Keep in mind, learning about and implementing transformations, nutrition and lifestyle changes does not happen overnight.
